Agenda:
* Usual review
* Do-IT; Council; Consortium (increasing participation from disadvantaged groups)
* AV charity
* Prep for the Agile Projects meeting (Nov 29th - 10am-1pm ) try and do dry run on the 18th.

To summarise, I think we agreed to go for an "agile in a microcosm" workshop that might operate like this:

* 25 mins on Intro "What is Agile? How this workshop will run"
* 25 mins on "kickoff" --> generate a series of stories about what to do in the workshop, e.g. "How do we motivate people?  What's a scrum?" write on cards, arrange on whiteboard
break
* 25 mins "voting" on stories --> identify common stories and vote on their difficulty, work out their priority
* 25 mins in small teams each working on a different story
break
* 25 mins small teams each presenting their work on their story
* 25 mins "retrospective" looking back over the process and how it could be improved

We also talked about running a speeded up version of this as a dry run with the VAHC staff to take less than an our, e.g.

* 10 mins on Intro "What is Agile? How this workshop will run"
* 10 mins on "kickoff" --> generate a series of stories about what to do in the workshop, e.g. "How do we motivate people?  What's a scrum?" write on cards, arrange on whiteboard
break
* 10 mins "voting" on stories --> identify common stories and vote on their difficulty, work out their priority
* 10 mins in small teams each working on a different story
