Retrospective on Sprint 27

1. Waffle stories completed during the sprint:
  • Add authentication:
    • To the agency people (#433)
    • To the tasks (#443)
    • To the skills (#442)
    • To the categories (#439)
  • Allow Case Manager to edit Job Seeker information(#422)
  • Notify Case Manager that Job Seeker was hired (#423)
  • Sort branches while editing an agency (#447)
  • Mark a job application as not accepted (#374)
  • Paginate the recent jobs in Job Seeker Home page (#425)
  • Enhance job search (#451)
  • Refactoring:
    • Convert company person status to enum 453 
    • Convert agency person status to enum 454 
    • Convert company status to enum 452 
    • Move list_people action from CompanyPeopleController to CompanyController 450

  • Ensure dates are in correct timezone(#292)
  • Add authorization for Company People(#434)

5. Priorities for next sprint ( sprint 26, starting Monday, 09/26/16 )

  • Job Management system continued development, e.g.
    • Implement feature to set job application to 'not_accepted'
  • Task Management
    • Provide visibility to tasks by task status
    • Enhance task assignment and view for company people
  • Confirm Job Seeker privacy controls and start development of features to implement those
  • Continue working on "job matching" features, for example:
    • Job seeker résumé match to jobs (show all matching jobs)
    • Job Developer matching job to job seekers' résumés (show all matching job seekers)
  • Begin implementation of authorization confirmation for system objects and features
    • For example, some features can only be accessed by an agency admin
  • Review "MVP List" in preparation for discussion at next client meeting

5. Schedule next client meeting for 10/21/2016 at 5.30 pm EST

Create the following stories:
- Lifecycle of the job application change to:
   - Applied
   - Processing (Intermediary state used while interviews are going on)
      - Rejected
      - Hired

- On Rejection of a job application instead of the text field have a drop down with canned reasons
